Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Vice President of Program Management to serve as the cross-functional integrator for customer commitments across the entire program lifecycle, from initial quote through delivery, installation, commissioning, and warranty handoff.

This executive role leads Engineering, Test, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Service to meet schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments, while driving program‑level P&L in a fast‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline is required.
• 12+ years of progressive program or project management experience with executive leadership.
• Proven success owning program-level P&L and contract governance on large, complex capital equipment programs.
• Experience building and scaling a program management organization in a fast-growth environment.
• Strong command of PM methodologies, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program health from commitment to delivery, installation, commissioning, and warranty handoff.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to meet schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.
• Establish structured workflows for kickoff, engineering release, procurement, fabrication, testing, and handoff to service.
• Implement risk management processes and maintain executive visibility of top risks.
• Oversee program-level P&L, contract governance, change orders, and profitability optimization.
• Lead a high-performing PM organization and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Service.
