nVent is seeking a Manager of Project Management to lead ambitious projects within nVent Trachte/Engineered Building Solutions in Chattanooga, TN. You will drive flawless execution from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and adherence to quality standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and report on cost, timing, and staffing while aligning with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with complex construction projects and alignment with customers on preconstruction deliverables and schedules.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with quality, field service, and engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Ensure project achievements and goals are met on time and within budget, adhering to quality and reliability standards.
• Coordinate and lead project teams by assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and determining resources.
• Monitor and report on project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Coordinate the assignment, development, and performance of project managers, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
