Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction leadership in electrical, mechanical, or EPC sectors.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects with strong financial oversight.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and risk mitigation.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet objectives, schedules, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and general contractors as the primary point of contact for project performance and negotiations.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, material management, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and project standards while promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Coach and mentor project managers and engineers to identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
