Sun Recruiting, Inc. in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial EPC electrical or mechanical construction projects. The role is onsite with a 70% travel requirement and per diem provided.

You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, owners, and subcontractors while promoting safety and quality. PMP preferred.

Formación

• 10+ years in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or EPC construction.
• At least 5 years directing complex, large-scale projects with financial responsibility.
• Proven success delivering multimillion-dollar electrical/mechanical projects.
• Strong contracts, scheduling, procurement, and risk management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and change management while identifying risks.
• Direct teams, superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Build relationships with clients, owners, general contractors, and stakeholders; lead negotiations.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, and material management.
• Promote safety, ensure OSHA compliance, and uphold quality standards.
