Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for large-scale industrial EPC projects (Electrical or Mechanical). The role is onsite in Houston with 70% travel and per diem.

You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, executives, field teams, and subcontractors to drive performance and safety. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical/mechanical/industrial EPC construction, PMP/OSHA 30 preferred, and a track record of

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent combos considered).
• 10+ years in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction with financial/operational responsibility.
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar electrical/mechanical construction projects, esp. data centers, petrochemical, power facilities or similar.
• PMP certification, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR preferred; travel and site presence required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects through all phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage project financials: budgets, forecasts, cash flow, change orders, profitability, risk actions.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients, owners, contractors, and stakeholders; negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, material management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and project codes; promote proactive safety culture.
• Mentor and develop project managers and engineers; drive process improvements and growth.
