Job summary

Job Juncture in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager for industrial EPC electrical or mechanical construction, onsite with 70% travel. Salary $75-$85 per hour with per diem.

Lead large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, risk, and client relations. Requires 10+ years in electrical/mechanical/industrial EPC, PMP preferred, strong leadership and scheduling tools like Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction.
• At least 5 years managing large-scale projects with financial responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical construction domains.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale electrical, mechanical, or industrial construction projects across all phases.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, profitability, and change orders.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to align with objectives.
• Develop client relationships and lead contract negotiations and issue resolution.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor productivity, and material management.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and project standards, promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Mentor project managers and engineers toward process improvement and growth.
