Job summary

FIS is seeking a Project Manager Senior to direct mid-to-large financial technology initiatives from initiation to closeout. You will lead cross‑functional teams globally, ensure alignment of scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and mentor other project managers.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in project management, with excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Hybrid work and international travel are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years delivering IT or financial technology projects.
• Experience leading multinational, virtual teams and client engagements.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global projects across full lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements; translate to solutions.
• Maintain baselines with governance, cost, schedule and quality control.
• Build relationships with executives and sponsors; ensure client satisfaction.
• Apply PM methodologies to improve governance and delivery performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage resources, risks, and changes.
