Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive Project Management experience.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile certification such as CSM, ACP, or SAFe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives the overall strategic direction of the project, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy from both internal and client perspectives.
• Establishes project-level success criteria with both the client and internal stakeholders, and leads the project intake process, including development of scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Defines project goals and objectives, assigns roles and responsibilities for the duration of the project.
• Manages one or more large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while delivering solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manages daily and weekly project team assignments, monitoring progress against the work plan to ensure objectives are met within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Identifies and analyzes the impact of potential project changes, and facilitates change control board decisions to approve or reject those changes.
• Forecasts requirements, prepares and maintains the project budget, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions as needed.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability by leveraging AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights.
• Manages prioritization across concurrent projects, identifying and mitigating risks; communicates status to stakeholders.
