Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery across programs, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure predictable delivery and successful client outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years of fintech program experience, and strong stakeholder management. This hybrid role includes 3 days in office and 2 days remote in multiple US locations including Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience managing large, client-facing, multi-workstream programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and dependencies.
• Partner with reseller stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to FIS PMO standards and contractual commitments.
• Coach and mentor project managers supporting reseller initiatives.
