Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and multiple concurrent workstreams. You will collaborate with product, technology, operations, sales, and client teams to ensure predictable delivery and strong governance.

You will manage integrated program plans, drive executive reporting, and oversee financials, risks, and escalations while guiding a team of project managers to successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience managing large, client-facing, multi-workstream programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and dependencies.
• Partner with reseller stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to FIS PMO standards and contractual commitments.
• Coach and mentor project managers supporting reseller initiatives.
