Job summary

FIS seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery across reseller portfolios, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams. You will partner with product, technology, operations, sales, and client teams to ensure predictable delivery and strong governance.

Location is hybrid with offices in Jacksonville, Milwaukee, and Atlanta. You will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting while coaching project managers and ensuring contractual commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of project/program management in fintech/financial services.
• Experience managing large, client-facing, multi-workstream programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and dependencies.
• Partner with reseller stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and contractual commitments.
• Coach and mentor project managers supporting reseller initiatives.
