Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs in a hybrid environment (Jacksonville, FL). The role partners with internal and external teams to ensure predictable delivery, strong governance, and successful client outcomes.

You will develop integrated program plans, manage dependencies, and drive governance and financial oversight while coaching project managers supporting reseller initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in fintech or financial services.
• Experience managing large, client-facing, multi-workstream programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and dependencies.
• Partner with reseller stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to FIS PMO standards and contractual commitments.
• Coach and mentor project managers supporting reseller initiatives.
