Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CharterUP's largest and most complex client engagements, from new product launches to time-critical mobilizations, while also shaping the foundational PMO standards and governance cadences.

You'll partner with Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance and Legal to deliver initiatives spanning client programs, system implementations and process improvements in a remote-first environment with a US focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional projects in tech/logistics
• Experience with client-facing launches or mobilizations
• Proven ability to drive outcomes without direct authority
• Experience creating business cases and project charters

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional projects from business case to close-out
• Coordinate across Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance and Legal
• Stand up and launch complex client-facing projects and transitions to account management
• Develop and refine PMO standards, templates, and governance cadences
• Create and maintain project charters, risk/issue logs, and RAID registers
