Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the newly established Enterprise Operations PMO.

This role leads execution on CharterUP's largest client-facing engagements, from launches to large-scale mobilizations, while building PMO standards, charters, governance cadences, and reporting processes that the function relies on. You will partner across Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and client-facing teams to deliver initiatives across client programs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, client-facing launches or time-critical mobilizations.
• Experience driving change management and adoption across organizations.
• Ability to write business cases and project charters that are funded and delivered.
• Strong communication and accountability without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest and most complex cross-functional projects.
• Lead mobilizations driven by urgent client or market disruptions, scaling playbooks.
• Launch complex client-facing projects and transition to account managers.
• Develop foundational PMO standards and governance cadences.
• Develop business cases and project charters with clear scope and timelines.
• Hold partners accountable to deliverables and deadlines.
• Lead change management to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
• Plan schedules, dependencies, and resource conflicts across projects.
• Identify risks early and build mitigation plans.
• Run project meetings and maintain clear decisions and action items.
• Maintain budgets, RAID logs, and leadership briefings.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles to reduce waste.
• Create SOPs and training materials tied to projects.
• Shape long-term PMO roadmap with leadership.
