Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Operations PMO in a remote role (US-based). You will own end-to-end delivery of the company’s largest client engagements, build PMO standards, and partner across Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal. Expect fast-paced, high-impact initiatives with travel as needed and opportunities to shape the PMO roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional tech and client-facing initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver time-critical mobilizations and launches.
• Experience building PMO standards and governance cadences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional projects and mobilizations.
• Lead time-critical client launches and transitions to account management.
• Develop and refine PMO standards, charters, reporting formats, and risk logs.
• Create business cases, project charters, and success metrics for initiatives.
• Drive change management and stakeholder accountability without formal authority.
• Plan schedules, dependencies, and resources across concurrent projects.
