CharterUP, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the newly established Enterprise Operations PMO.

This role leads execution on CharterUP's largest and most complex client-facing engagements, from new product launches to large-scale mobilizations, while building foundational PMO standards. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operational Excellence, you will collaborate across Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal to deliver initiatives spanning

Formación

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including standing up new programs or processes in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional, client-facing programs and time-critical mobilizations.
• Experience writing business cases and project charters that have been funded and delivered.
• Ability to drive outcomes without formal authority and manage stakeholders across multiple levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest, most complex cross-functional projects from planning to close-out.
• Lead large-scale mobilizations with cross-functional teams and maintain a scalable mobilization playbook.
• Stand up and launch complex client-facing projects and transition to account management when running smoothly.
• Develop foundational PMO standards: charters, templates, status formats, risk logs, governance cadences, intake processes.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor dependencies, resources, and budgets across concurrent projects.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes with proactive mitigation and executive visibility.
• Create SOPs, guides, and training materials tied to projects and help shape the PMO roadmap.
