Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CharterUP's Enterprise Operations PMO, driving end-to-end delivery on large, client-facing engagements and internal process improvements. You will partner with Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal to deliver complex initiatives.

You will build standards, charters, governance, and reporting while owning budgets, timelines, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects spanning technology, client-facing initiatives, and internal processes.
• Experience launching large-scale client-facing programs or time-critical mobilizations.
• Experience leading change management to drive adoption and minimize resistance.
• Experience writing business cases and project charters that were funded and delivered.
• Ability to hold stakeholders accountable and drive outcomes without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest, cross-functional projects and mobilizations.
• Lead mobilizations from planning through deployment and closeout with a scalable playbook.
• Stand up and launch complex client-facing projects and transition to account managers.
• Develop foundational PMO standards, charters, governance cadences, and intake processes.
• Develop business cases and project charters with clear scope, metrics, and timelines.
• Provide executive-level updates and maintain RAID logs, budgets, and progress reports.
