CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the newly established Enterprise Operations PMO. This role leads execution on CharterUP’s largest and most complex client-facing engagements, from new product launches to large-scale, time-critical mobilizations, while building foundational PMO standards, charters, governance cadences, and reporting processes.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operational Excellence and collaborate with Enterprise Operations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional tech/systems and client-facing initiatives.
• Experience with large-scale, time-critical mobilizations.
• Experience driving change management for transitions.
• Experience writing funded business cases and charters.
• Proven ability to hold stakeholders accountable without formal authority.
• Strong meeting facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting variances.
• Experience building SOPs and process documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional projects.
• Lead mobilizations and client-facing launches with a scalable playbook.
• Stand up and launch complex projects, then transition to account management.
• Develop PMO standards: charters, templates, reporting formats.
• Develop business cases and project charters with clear scope and metrics.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts across teams.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and resourcing across concurrent projects.
• Maintain RAID logs, budgets, and leadership briefings.
