Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the newly established Enterprise Operations PMO.

This role leads execution on CharterUP's largest client-facing engagements, from launches to large-scale mobilizations, while building PMO standards and governance across Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal. You'll report to the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operational Excellence and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver initiatives spanning client

Qualifications

5+ years of project or program management experience in ambiguous environments.
Experience managing cross-functional projects spanning technology, client-facing initiatives, and internal process changes.
Experience leading large-scale client-facing launches or time-critical mobilizations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest cross-functional projects from planning to close-out.
Lead time-critical mobilizations and build a scalable mobilization playbook.
Stand up and launch complex client-facing projects; transition to account management when running smoothly.
Develop PMO standards, charters, governance cadences, and reporting processes.
Create business cases and charters with scope, metrics, resourcing, and timelines.
Ensure accountability across stakeholders without formal authority.
Lead change management to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
Plan schedules, dependencies, and resourcing across concurrent projects.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
