Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Enterprise Operations to lead large client-facing deployments and internal initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, build PMO standards, and partner with cross-functional teams across Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operational Excellence and may travel up to 35% for client launches and team meetings. A PMP/CAPM or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects and programs.
• Experience in technology, marketplace, or logistics environments preferred.
• PMP, CAPM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional projects from planning to closeout.
• Lead mobilizations and client-facing launches with minimal formal authority.
• Develop PMO standards, charters, governance, and reporting processes.
• Create business cases and project charters with scope and timelines.
• Lead change management and drive adoption across teams.
