Job summary

Rosendin Electric in Texas seeks a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects. You will oversee objectives, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, mentoring junior staff and coordinating with field teams.

Responsibilities include directing change orders, cost reporting, and financial management to protect the company's interests. Travel up to 25% may be required on active projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• PE license is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage Project Assistants and junior PMs.
• Establish objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Lead client and A/E liaison to facilitate construction activities.
• Support on-site activities with the Foreman and Area Superintendent.
• Prepare monthly costing and manage contract finances.
