Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects. You will guide projects from initiation to closure, mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients and design teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires advanced project management expertise, strong financial oversight, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Travel up to 25% and on-site work are expected.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor to Project Assistants and Project Managers.
• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Prepare change orders and supervise negotiations.
• Liaise with client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Support construction activities to ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
