Job summary

Rosendin Electric in Virginia is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects, directing scope, schedule, and financial outcomes as a senior contributor and mentor to junior PMs.

You will coordinate with clients, A/E, and field teams, develop cost reports, manage contracts, and pursue new opportunities; travel up to 25% and work on active job sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline; PE license a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction; knowledge of scheduling, equipment, and methods.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants and junior PMs.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders on the project.
• Coordinate with client and A/E; support construction activities with field leadership to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
