Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Texas seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee direction, scope, and financial outcomes for multiple projects. You will lead a team of project managers and assistants to deliver exceptional results for clients.

The role emphasizes developing new business, coordinating with clients, subs, and design partners, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. A strong background in electrical construction and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil, structural engineering or related field preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate limits.
• Supervise staff and project managers in daily tasks.
• Train and supervise project managers in company systems and philosophy.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Liaise with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor project progress with onsite supervision to keep on schedule and budget.
• Represent company in client and subcontractor meetings.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
