Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Sterling, VA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct the overall delivery and financial performance of electrical construction projects, leading project managers and assistants to achieve exceptional results for clients.

You will establish objectives, supervise staff, coordinate with prime clients and A/E teams, manage change orders, track logs, and produce monthly cost reports while safeguarding the company's interests and maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• PE license a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams.
• Strong understanding of financials and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives, policies and performance standards for projects.
• Supervise project staff and multiple PMs.
• Coordinate change orders and project logs.
• Maintain client and A/E liaison for construction activities.
• Monitor schedule and budget compliance.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Oversee financial aspects of contracts and billing.
