Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electrical construction projects and mentor junior staff. You will define objectives, control costs, and ensure performance aligns with corporate standards on schedule and budget.

The role requires strong client interaction, change-order management, and collaboration with A/E teams to deliver successful projects across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably electrical construction.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Project Assistants and junior PMs as an individual contributor.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Negotiate and supervise change orders for the project.
• Liaise with primary client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Support construction activities with site teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
• Develop new business opportunities.
