Vogrinc Search Group seeks a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for New Custom-Home Construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. The role oversees design-to-closing operations, subcontractor selection, safety, and scheduling to deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in residential construction, experience managing 8–10 homes concurrently, and excellent customer communication. Competitive salary, 401K, paid vacation, and strong back-office support are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building).
• Managing 8-10 projects simultaneously with home prices up to $525-625k (avg).
• 4+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building skills & excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsabilités

• Over-communication with customers (& subcontractors) to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design & precon process, subcontractor-selection & executing contracts to managing safety and scheduling through c/o.
• Ensuring Budget & Schedule are met while closely watching the quality of construction.
