Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Terms and Payments team to design the term and payment selection experiences at checkout. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration across product, design, engineering, research, and analytics to improve clarity, confidence, and conversion at the moment of commitment.

The role emphasizes consumer checkout experiences, experimentation, and scalable UX patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience — clear, considered interactions.
• Analytical rigor with data, experiments, and insights.
• World‑class execution with high agency and quality.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience for terms and payments to drive conversion and confidence.
• Design and run experiments to improve term selection clarity.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights and analytics.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory impacts on UX.
• Work with international teams to expand the terms experience to new markets.
• Develop deep user behavior insights and share them with the team.
• Drive a roadmap from concept through launch and iteration.
