Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit through a remote-first product team. As a Senior Product Manager for Terms and Payments, you’ll design the term and payment selection experiences to drive clarity and confidence at checkout.

The role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics and requires a track record in consumer experiences with a strong UX sensibility. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts, run experiments, and shape UX patterns while partnering with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong sense of taste for user experience and clarity in interactions.
• Analytical rigor to turn data into insights.
• World-class execution with high agency and quality.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering, analytics and research.
• Strong communication skills to drive narratives and align stakeholders.
• Coachability and growth from feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience for terms and payments to drive conversion and clarity at commitment.
• Design and run experiments to improve how users understand and choose terms.
• Define and ship new UX patterns using research insights and quantitative signals.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requirements for UX.
• Work with international partners to adapt the terms experience for new markets.
• Develop understanding of user behavior and share insights across the team.
• Drive a roadmap from concept through launch and iteration.
