Affirm is reinventing credit with a remote-first culture. We seek a Senior Product Manager for the Terms and Payments team to design term and payment selections that boost clarity and confidence at checkout.

The role sits at the crossroads of Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics, with strong emphasis on user-focused experimentation and cross-market expansion. You will own the core checkout experience, partner with Legal and Compliance, and drive an ambitious roadmap from

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• A strong sense of taste for user experience and what makes interactions clear and delightful.
• Analytical rigor: interpret experiments and translate data into insights and opportunities.
• World-class execution with high agency and quality.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, engineering, analytics, and research.
• Strong communication skills to drive narratives and stakeholder alignment.
• Bonus: experience with checkout, ecommerce, or fintech products.

Responsibilities

• Own the core checkout experience for terms and payments, driving conversion and confidence at commitment.
• Design and run experiments to improve how users understand and choose terms.
• Define and ship new UX patterns based on research and data from design and analytics.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory impact on UX.
• Work with international partners to expand terms experience to new markets.
• Develop deep user insights and share them with the team and stakeholders.
• Drive a bold roadmap from concept through launch and iteration.
