Qualifications

• 10–12 years of engineering/design experience in the building design industry.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering from an accredited four-year college/university.
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with plumbing and fire protection engineering calculations (HASS/Viking/Pipe Flow/IPS Calculation Spread Sheets).
• 4 years of experience overseeing engineers and designers on project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for all phases of work, including feasibility, design reports, and detailed design.
• Mentor Designers and Engineers on project execution.
• Prepare scopes of work, engineering studies, and construction support documents.
• Coordinate with clients and Project Manager on scope and budget.
• Review contractor payment applications and liaise with construction teams.
