Qualifications

8+ years of residential plumbing and drain experience.
Leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.
Active plumbing license preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of residential plumbing installation, service, and drain systems.
Experience handling customer concerns and escalations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple technicians.

Responsibilities

Lead daily plumbing and drain operations.
Coordinate plumbing installations and oversee project execution.
Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Conduct truck inspections to maintain organization, safety, and readiness.
Provide technical training, coaching, and mentorship to plumbing technicians.
Perform job site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer escalations and run service call-backs as needed.
Partner with leadership to improve operational performance and team development.
Support a culture focused on safety, accountability, and customer service excellence.
