Job summary

Bassett Services in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our Plumbing, Drains, and Water Quality team. This role focuses on coaching technicians, delivering quality workmanship, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, pull permits, supervise projects, and maintain safety standards while driving customer satisfaction and team development in a fast-growing residential market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of residential plumbing and drain experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Active plumbing license preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily plumbing and drain operations.
• Coordinate plumbing installations and oversee project execution.
• Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Conduct truck inspections to maintain organization, safety, and readiness.
• Provide technical training, coaching, and mentorship to plumbing technicians.
• Perform job site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer escalations and run service call-backs as needed.
• Partner with leadership to improve operational performance and team development.
• Support a culture focused on safety, accountability, and customer service excellence.
