Job summary
Bassett Services in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our Plumbing, Drains, and Water Quality team. You will coach technicians, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of residential plumbing, a strong leadership background, and an active plumbing license. You will coordinate installations, pull permits, mentor staff, and help drive safety and efficiency on job sites.

- Lead and oversee daily plumbing operations and field teams.
- Coordinate plumbing installations and ensure project execution quality.
- Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Provide technical training, coaching, and mentorship to technicians.
