Technibus, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to support plumbing operations, ensure quality workmanship, and drive successful installation, service, replacement, or operational objectives while collaborating with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.

The role emphasizes organization, problem solving, communication, and adherence to safety standards; candidates should have knowledge of plumbing systems, be able to work on-site, travel to job sites, and pass

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• HVAC experience and certifications preferred where applicable.
• Experience in plumbing-related supervisory roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support plumbing operations and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subs, and vendors.
• Maintain records and reporting for assigned duties.
• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership and team with daily operations.
• Ensure customer expectations and quality standards are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
