Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience with leadership or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience coaching service technicians and improving metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field operations and mentor plumbers and apprentices.
• Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive revenue and profitability through training and field support.
• Maintain invoicing accuracy, inventory, safety compliance, and reporting.
• Provide technical, customer service, and sales training to the team.
• Promote lead generation and identify additional customer needs.
• Conduct ride-alongs and coaching to support technician growth.
• Address escalated customer concerns and deliver top service.
