Job summary

Bassett Services in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our Plumbing, Drains, and Water Quality team. This role focuses on coaching technicians, delivering quality workmanship, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, pull permits, supervise projects, and maintain safety standards while driving customer satisfaction and team development in a fast-growing residential market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of residential plumbing and drain experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Active plumbing license preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily plumbing and drain operations.

• Conduct truck inspections to maintain organization, safety, and readiness.

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of residential plumbing installation, service, and drain systems
• Experience handling customer concerns and resolving escalated situations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and support multiple technicians in the field

Top Candidates Bring:

• Residential and light commercial water quality experience
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar field service management software

Compensation & Benefits:

• $75,000 - $110,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)
