Qualifications

• 8+ years of residential plumbing and drain experience.

• Active plumbing license preferred.

• Knowledge of residential plumbing installation, service, and drain systems.
• Experience handling customer concerns and escalations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple technicians.

Top Candidates Bring:

• Residential and light commercial water quality experience
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar field service management software

Compensation & Benefits:

• $75,000 - $110,000 annually (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)
