RTX is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Controls Engineer to design, program and troubleshoot Siemens PLC systems in our manufacturing environment in Carlsbad, CA. The role focuses on instrumentation, control systems, and system integration to ensure production efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with OSHA/ISA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related discipline with 5+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Minimum 2 years PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Rockwell, or similar).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems and electrical schematics.
