Job summary

IFA- North America LLC is seeking a Controls Technician to troubleshoot and repair complex PLC-controlled production machinery, including CNC equipment. The candidate will work with Siemens PLCs and 840D controllers, read electrical schematics, interpret blueprints, and upgrade equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or AS with equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2–4 years in machine building or automation troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix problems with high volume automated production and CNC equipment.
• Lead equipment upgrade projects and document via maintenance databases.
• Collaborate with engineering, machine builders, and international teams.
