Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven project management skills with successful on-time delivery.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and automation optimization.
• Experience in databasing and integrating SCADA (Ignition) systems.
• Expertise in controls/hardware engineering: PLCs, HMIs, sensors, industrial networking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with factory customers/stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy automation solutions.
• Lead milestones including design, development, testing and commissioning of control systems.
• Identify risks and provide mitigations to keep progress on track.
• Support upgrades and sustainment of deployed automation systems and PLC/SCADA programming.
• Develop strategic plans for factory automation roadmaps and product strategies.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership; establish KPIs and monitor progress.
