Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven project management skills with successful on-time delivery.
- Proven leadership abilities and ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and automation optimization.
- Experience in databasing and integrating SCADA (Ignition) systems.
- Expertise in controls/hardware engineering: PLCs, HMIs, sensors, industrial networking.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with factory customers/stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy automation solutions.
- Lead milestones including design, development, testing and commissioning of control systems.
- Identify risks and provide mitigations to keep progress on track.
- Support upgrades and sustainment of deployed automation systems and PLC/SCADA programming.
- Develop strategic plans for factory automation roadmaps and product strategies.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership; establish KPIs and monitor progress.
