Hidden Jobs is seeking a Senior QA Automation Developer (Platform) to architect and build test automation infrastructure that increases engineering productivity. This build-focused role ships services to production and owns them long term.

You will collaborate with product teams to understand automation needs, design agentic workflows, and deliver reliable, scalable automation across microservices and Kubernetes environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years building production software with depth in test infrastructure, frameworks, and developer tooling.
• Proven track record building agentic solutions and test automation frameworks from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the automation framework for functional and performance testing across multiple engineering teams.
• Build agents that automate existing QA and testing workflows and reduce engineering friction.
• Build the applications and services that automation depends on, deploy them, and operate them in production environments.
• Take prototypes end to end: build demos, gather feedback from teams, iterate until production quality.
• Identify gap areas in existing frameworks and tools, then iterate toward solutions that close those gaps.
