Hidden Jobs is seeking a senior quality engineering leader to own the QA strategy across a healthcare technology platform. You will manage people, design processes, and hands-on automation to ensure reliable, secure releases in an Agile environment.

You will mentor a growing QA team, review test plans, drive test automation, and align QA standards with regulatory and security requirements. This role blends leadership with technical execution in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in software QA, health tech preferred.
• 2+ years leading a QA team.
• Strong Agile and CI/CD knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; scripting.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and grow a QA team across manual and automated testing.
• Review test plans, cases, and scripts; provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage team capacity, workload, and defect tracking with ENG partners.
• Establish QA standards, templates, and best practices.
• Oversee test planning and coverage for new features/releases.
