Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Automation Services and Infrastructure platform powering RelativityOne. You will define strategy, health metrics, and partner with engineering to deliver scalable, secure platform solutions.

The role requires a strong technical foundation, customer focus, and exceptional communication to influence across product, engineering, and partner teams, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycles.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to leverage data to set goals and monitor health of products.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure or AI-enabled platform patterns.
• Customer-centric mindset and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for platform capabilities powering RelativityOne.
• Define completion criteria and ensure alignment across incubation, migration, or scale adoption.
• Lead structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and stakeholders to surface pain points and validate direction.
• Make tough scope decisions, document reasoning, and maintain momentum.
• Drive velocity while maintaining quality and reliability in platform delivery.
• Communicate progress, risks, and needs clearly to leadership and partners.
