Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization to guide platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will own the roadmap, align with engineering and partners, and drive secure, scalable, AI-enabled automation across the platform.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define success metrics, and ensure reliable delivery while balancing speed and quality for developers and ISVs.

Qualifications

7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
Ability to deliver through ambiguity and make hard prioritization calls.
Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives).

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and backlog.
Define what 'done' looks like and maintain it.
Engage with customers and internal consumers to surface needs and validate features.
Make scope decisions for quarterly releases and future bets.
Drive velocity while maintaining quality.
Lead through influence across product, engineering, and go-to-market.
Track adoption metrics, migration progress, platform reliability, and integration success.
Communicate progress and risks clearly.
