Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will shape direction, define success metrics, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.

In this hybrid role, you will drive velocity with quality, lead through influence across product and partner teams, and embed AI-driven enhancements into workflows while ensuring governance and security

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across incubation, migration, or scaled adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver through ambiguity with clear prioritization.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products—APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by impact, dependencies and priorities.
• Define done criteria and uphold it across incubation, migration, and adoption stages.
• Run structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs to surface needs and validate ideas.
• Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter, future bets, or deferrals, with transparent reasoning.
• Drive velocity while maintaining quality and reliability for the platform and downstream customers.
• Balance discovery versus adoption, applying appropriate approaches per stage.
• Build for developers and end users with platform-first thinking and governance.
• Design for human-in-the-loop with escalation, governance signals, and audit trails.
• Use AI as a force multiplier and share innovations across teams.
• Lead through influence with cross-functional collaboration and data-driven metrics.
• Track adoption, migration progress, platform reliability, and time to first successful integration.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to leadership, engineering partners, and customers.
