Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will shape the product direction, set health and success metrics, and partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications

7+ years in software product management with ownership across multiple lifecycle stages (incubation, migration, adoption).
Ability to define scope under uncertainty and make hard prioritization calls.
Experience with developer-facing/platform-facing products—APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by customer impact, dependencies, and priorities.
Define what "done" looks like and maintain consistency across stages.
Get it in front of real customers or internal consumers early and often to surface issues and validate ideas.
Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter and what is future work.
Drive velocity while upholding quality and platform reliability.
Know when you are managing discovery versus adoption and scale accordingly.
Translate platform concepts into developer-focused narratives and release docs.
