Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Automation Services and Infrastructure platform, spanning automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-powered extensibility powering RelativityOne.

You will define product direction, establish health metrics, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable platform solutions with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management.
• Ability to define scope under uncertainty and ship with customers in hand.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs, SDKs, extensions).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog; sequence work by impact and priorities.
• Define what done looks like and uphold it across incubation, migration, and adoption.
• Run structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs to surface needs.
• Make hard scope calls on what ships this quarter and what is a future bet.
• Drive velocity while preserving quality and system reliability.
• Know when to focus on discovery vs. adoption for platform growth.
• Translate platform capabilities into developer-facing docs and release notes.
