Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Automation Services and Infrastructure group. You will oversee platform capabilities powering RelativityOne, spanning automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-enabled extensibility.

You will partner with engineering and cross‑functional teams to define direction, drive adoption, and deliver resilient, scalable platform solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years in software product management across incubation, active migration, or scaled adoption.
• Ability to define scope under uncertainty and make hard prioritization decisions.
• Experience with developer‑facing or platform‑facing products – APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives, or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands‑on familiarity with cloud platform architecture and AI-enabled patterns in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction, establish health indicators, and partner with engineering to deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by customer impact, dependencies, and business priorities.
• Run structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and internal users to surface issues and guide the roadmap.
• Make hard scope calls about what ships this quarter vs future bets, and document reasoning clearly.
