Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You’ll drive AI-enabled workflows, governance, and cloud-native infrastructure with a customer-centric, data-driven approach.

This hybrid role requires strong technical communication, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering platform-scale solutions across incubation, migration, and adoption stages.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs, SDKs, security primitives, cloud infra).
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, security, and go-to-market teams and ship with customers in hand.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction and health metrics for a resilient, secure platform.
• Own roadmap and backlog; prioritize based on customer impact and dependencies.
• Lead structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and engineers to surface needs and validate ideas.
• Triage scope and balance early incubation with adoption-scale initiatives.
• Maintain velocity and quality to support reliable platform delivery.
